Friday Night Dinner

This is my meal from Friday night. I made a standard salad and sliced up half a cucumber. My wonderful husband grilled me a chicken breast (It's cut into 3 thin pieces here.) Then I made a dressing with balsamic vinegar, a dash of olive oil, the juice of half a lime, a tablespoon of minced garlic, and salt and pepper. It was A.MAY.ZING. Such a simple little meal, but wowza was it yummy!
